Bu politika, HSE English mobil uygulamasının (Android ve iOS) hangi verileri işlediğini, neden işlediğini ve haklarınızı açıklar. Uygulamanın geliştiricisi İbrahim Karakoç'tur (Türkiye). İletişim: hseenglishdestek@gmail.com
1. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?
- Hesap bilgileri: Google ile giriş yaparsanız adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve profil fotoğrafınız Google hesabınızdan alınır. “Misafir olarak devam et” seçeneğinde ad veya e-posta istenmez; yalnızca rastgele bir anonim kimlik (Firebase) oluşturulur.
- Sohbet ve topluluk özellikleri: Sohbet odasına girerken seçtiğiniz ülke ve şehir, yazdığınız mesajlar ve oda üyeliğiniz Firebase (Google Cloud) üzerinde saklanır. Aynı odadaki diğer kullanıcılar mesajlarınızı görebilir. Sohbette telefon numarası, adres gibi kişisel bilgilerinizi paylaşmayın.
- Hata bildirimi: “Hata bildir” formunu kullanırsanız yazdığınız konu ve mesaj, kullanıcı kimliğiniz, (Google ile girdiyseniz) e-posta adresiniz, platform (Android/iOS), uygulama sürümü ve arayüz dili bize iletilir.
- İSG fotoğraf analizi: Bu özelliği kullandığınızda seçtiğiniz veya çektiğiniz fotoğraf, analiz yapılabilmesi için üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcılarına gönderilir (Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Groq, Mistral, Together AI, NVIDIA, xAI). Fotoğraf yalnızca siz bu özelliği kullandığınızda gönderilir. Kamera ve galeri izni yalnızca bu özellik için istenir.
- Öğrenme verileri ve ayarlar: Öğrenme ilerlemeniz, favorileriniz, dil ve görünüm ayarlarınız ağırlıklı olarak cihazınızda saklanır.
- Reklamlar: Ödüllü reklamlar için Google AdMob kullanılabilir. AdMob, reklam kimliği ve cihaz bilgisi gibi verileri kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işleyebilir.
- Satın almalar: Ödemeler Google Play veya Apple App Store tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız; yalnızca satın almanın geçerli olup olmadığı bilgisi uygulamaya iletilir.
- Bildirimler: Günlük kelime bildirimi isteğe bağlıdır ve cihazınızda yerel olarak oluşturulur.
2. Verileri neden kullanıyoruz?
Uygulamayı çalıştırmak, giriş yapmanızı sağlamak, sohbet ve topluluk özelliklerini sunmak, fotoğraf analizini yapmak, hataları düzeltmek, destek taleplerini yanıtlamak ve satın almaları doğrulamak için.
3. Verileri kiminle paylaşıyoruz?
Verilerinizi satmayız. Yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için şu sağlayıcılar kullanılır: Google Firebase (giriş, veritabanı), Google AdMob (reklam), Google Play / Apple App Store (satın alma) ve fotoğraf analizinde yukarıda sayılan yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler.
4. Saklama süresi
Hesap ve topluluk verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece veya silme talebinize kadar saklanır. Hata bildirimleri, sorunun çözülmesi için gereken süre boyunca tutulur.
5. Hesap ve veri silme
Hesabınızın ve ilişkili verilerinizin (sohbet mesajları, hata bildirimleri, profil bilgileri) silinmesini istiyorsanız hseenglishdestek@gmail.com adresine “Hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Google ile giriş yaptıysanız hesabınızın e-posta adresini, misafir girişi kullandıysanız mümkünse uygulamadaki sürüm bilgisini yazın. Talebiniz en kısa sürede ve makul bir süre içinde sonuçlandırılır. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silmek, cihazda saklanan yerel verileri de siler.
6. Haklarınız
Türkiye'de 6698 sayılı KVKK ve ilgili diğer mevzuat kapsamında (ve yaşadığınız ülkenin yasalarına göre) verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve verilerinizin aktarıldığı tarafları öğrenme haklarına sahipsiniz. Bunun için bize e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.
7. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaştaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumu fark ederseniz bize yazın, verileri sileriz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir.

This policy explains what data the HSE English mobile app (Android and iOS) processes, why, and what your rights are. The app is developed by İbrahim Karakoç (Türkiye). Contact: hseenglishdestek@gmail.com
1. What data we process
- Account data: If you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile photo are received from your Google account. With “Continue as guest” no name or email is requested; only a random anonymous ID (Firebase) is created.
- Chat and community features: The country and city you choose, the messages you write and your room membership are stored on Firebase (Google Cloud). Other users in the same room can see your messages. Do not share personal details such as phone numbers or addresses in chat.
- Problem reports: If you use the “Report a problem” form, we receive your subject and message, your user ID, your email (if signed in with Google), platform (Android/iOS), app version and interface language.
- OHS photo analysis: When you use this feature, the photo you take or select is sent to third-party AI service providers (Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Groq, Mistral, Together AI, NVIDIA, xAI) so that it can be analysed. A photo is sent only when you use this feature. Camera and gallery permissions are requested only for it.
- Learning data and settings: Your learning progress, favourites, language and appearance settings are mainly stored on your device.
- Advertising: Google AdMob may be used for rewarded ads and may process data such as the advertising ID and device information under its own privacy policy.
- Purchases: Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not see or store your card details; the app only receives whether a purchase is valid.
- Notifications: The daily word notification is optional and is generated locally on your device.
2. Why we use the data
To run the app, let you sign in, provide chat and community features, perform photo analysis, fix bugs, answer support requests and verify purchases.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use only the providers needed to deliver the service: Google Firebase (sign-in, database), Google AdMob (ads), Google Play / Apple App Store (purchases) and the AI providers listed above for photo analysis. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
4. Retention
Account and community data is kept while your account exists or until you ask us to delete it. Problem reports are kept for as long as needed to resolve the issue.
5. Account and data deletion
To have your account and related data (chat messages, problem reports, profile data) deleted, email hseenglishdestek@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion”. If you signed in with Google, include your account email; if you used guest mode, include the app version if possible. Requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible. Uninstalling the app also removes the data stored locally on your device.
6. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and other laws that apply where you live, you may access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing and ask which parties receive it. Contact us by email to do so.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you notice this has happened, write to us and we will delete the data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date above changes.
